Cutting Diet
Ok guys last week I started my cutting cycle that is Weeks 1-11 Prop 75mg/day, Weeks 3-11 Var 50mg/day. I have been using the following diet before I started my cycle with good results but Im now curious whether Im eating enough or not. Please take a look and critique.
Meal 1
8 egg whites
4 Strips Bacon
PWO
Protein Shake with dextrose (35g protein and 70g Carbs)
PPWO
Protein Shake (35g)
Small Sweet Potato
Meal 4
Grilled Chicken Salad with full fat Ranch dressing
Meal 5
1 Can of tuna with 1Tbsp of Mayo
Meal 6
Baked Chicken Leg Quarter
1 cup of Green Veges
I know that it would be best to work out after 3 or so meals but I work at night and I dont wake up until 2:00 and have to be at work by 7:00 and then work a 12 hour shift, so I dont really have an option. My stats: Im 23 about 6'0 and 200#. I havent had my bodyfat checked but I would guess its aroun 13-15%. Im doing cardio 45 min 5 to 6 days a week. Im also giving myself one cheat day a week. Please let me know what you think and give me some advice. Thanks

take out the bacon,mayo, and dressing and replace them with better fats like olive oil/flax oil. I would something like oatmeal also to your first meal.

Ok so how does this look
Meal 1
8 egg whites
3/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
PWO
protein shake with dextrose
PPWO
protein shake
small sweet potato
Meal 4
Grilled chicken breast
Green Vege
1 Tbsp Flax
Meal 5
1 Can of Tuna
1Tbsp Flax
Meal 6
baked chicken leg quarter
green vege
and on my non-workout days I will delet my PWO meal and replace the oatmeal in meal 1 and the sweet potato in the next meal with 1 tbsp of flax. Other than that do you think im taking in enough food. Thanks

Someone please let me know how this looks. I want to make sure I get the most out of this cycle and I realize that diet is key.

are you doing any cardio as soon as you wake up?

Yes 45 min and then waiting 45 min to 1 hour to eat my first meal.

Sounds good, other than the above changes does it look like im eating enough food?
