diet for a woman
whats a good basic diet for a woman who wants to shed fat, just running all the time and doing cardio, and lil woman leg machines and what not, not weight training, just cardio
or would it be the same as a diet for a guy?
any help is much appreciated

Same approach, yes, but the key as w/all approaches will be the actual amounts and activity.
Weights are a key in losing weight, and she'd be well serve to utilize them.
