    lean ground beef

is this ok to have if im cutting?

i would have about 2 patties...i make them myself...

is it better to fry them with pam on a pan...OR broil...im assuming broil...but is there a huge difference if i use pam on the pan?

Foreman is good, yes, or pan fried if it's 4% fat as I use it as part of a fat/pro meal and need the fat. The fat isn't bad for you when you don't stimulate insulin in that same meal, and if you ingest healthy fats as well in your dietary approach. Most "people" don't' understand this.
