Feeling like sh!t
I'm dieting right now diet like the sticky, having a cheat day once per week or so, doing morning empty stomach ECA cardio.....the usuall really!
Problem is I feel like sh!t, tired, I have a hard time concertrating, don't feel like going to the gym, just burnt out...
Should I up my vits or minerals, maybe take some vit c or other antioxidants?

try switching to ECY. i was doing the excact same thing and feeling the EXCACT same way you are when I was on ECA. I just recently got rid of the aspirin and added Yohimbine HCL to the stack and i feel great.
Try it. it may work for you.

Do you have any personal things going on in your life? you may have too much on your mind bro. I went through this before and it totally ruined my workouts for about a month. I felt like shyt day in and out for quite a while.

I'd go with a pro/carb meal in there. It won't hurt you at all, just compensate your macro's accordingly. . .

I'd add more carbs in as well. In one of your am meals and possibly in one of your afternoon meals as well if you can do this by keeping your macro's all lined up.

yup add more carbs meals drink tons of water take some more vit c
yohimbine gives me even worse headaches/mood when low carb.............

But that means I would have a pro carb meal after my morning cardio insted of a pro fat meal?!?! Wouldn't that waste the proplonged fat burning from my morning empty stomach ECA cardio (which is a pain in the a$$ btw )

I am cutting now too and I do a pro/fat 45 minutes after my 1 hour AM cardio session and then a pro/carb 2 hours later. 3/4 cup of raw oats with splenda and water. That is it until PWO and PPWO.

I'm having pasta (Fettucine noodles) with a low-fat marinara sauce and 4% beef drained, garlic bread, and a salad here in a minute for my 2nd pwo meal. I will NOT SKIMP!!!!!

Some vinegarette, tomatoes, romaine. Nothing too big, I need to save room for the carbs.

I had a huge bowl of pasta w/the meat sauce, romano cheese (very low-fat), 5 slices of garlic bread, and I said F the salad.
I can barely focus on the screen. Carb coma!

Maybe you are overtraining in the gym? When I felt like that, I took a week off from the gym not my diet, slept in and did nothing, then when I looked in the mirror and felt like a wuss it really motivated me to get back in there and I had a lot more energy.
