Mass gain diet..Pre Wokout fruit?
Lately been doing this
1-P/F
2-P/F
3-P/C
4 preworkout-P/F
5-P/C
6-P/C
7-P/F
A few days ago I tried Whey and frozen strawberries pre workout instead of whey and EFA. Feel a little stronger, probably mental but how much an effect will this have on the overall scheme. The other 3 P/F meals have Flax and fish oil and sometimes a tbs. of natty at night. I like to get meal 3 with the oats in me a full 4 hours before liftoff becasue they make me a little drowsy.

It shouldn't hurt you much if at all......just see how you react and if you like your results and how you feel in the gym then keep doing it.
