Thread: Energy Drinks?

Do any of you bros know any downsides to energy drinks? Mainly Redline and Red Bull are the only two I like, however, Redbull has a ton of sugar in it.
Any and all opinions please.

i use redline or speed stack for my workouts, they def give me a good rush.. i dont know of any harm they could truly cause as long as you've read the warnings on the container. One obvious downside that i could think of would be that if you use them all the time they are less effective as your body builds a tolerance for them..

Sugar Free Red Bull, Low-Carb Monster or Diet Rockstar are my favorites.

coffein and the other stuff in depleates you of vitamin and minerals.

for me its sugar free red bull, and no-xplode. coffee in the morning.

I dont remember now what minerals gets depleted. there is something in coffe specificly that makes you piss out some stuff. lol Im sorry that I cant be more specific now I just dont remember it. Il check it.
its not like a big issue. just something to keep in mind.
