    PWO Carbs for Cutting

    Curious about this...

Do you guys count the carbs from your PWO shake in your daily amounts?

I see some of you guys having like a 50/30/15 ratio for P/F/C and that would mean about 60g carbs for 2400 cal requirements...

Would you take in 60g PWO AND PPWO? Just curious how you guys with low carb macros for cutting handle PWO. Seems to me like you are not counting it towards your daily intake.

dood, yes, they count, and usually, when bros are cuttin', that's the only time of day they have carbs...rest of the day is primarily pro/fat meals...

I do my carbs on PWO and PPWO only most of the time while cutting...

Last time I cut I ran 3 pro/carb meals: Breakfast, PWO, PPWO. Worked splendidly. This time, I plan on carb cycling with 4 pro/carb meals on work out days: Breakfast, Pre-WO, PWO, PPWO. We'll see how it goes.

For the record, I tried the no-carb breakfast thing after low-intensity cardio and found that it left me very sluggish and tired for the rest of the day.

I count everything I put into my body....so yes I count pwo and ppwo into the equation. When dieting what you eat and when you eat it depends on several factors so it's hard to say.
