If Ur Cutting will.........?
If your cutting, and your doing cardio first thing in the morning. should u have a WPI first to stop and muscle break down? or does the shake hinder your fat burning?
the way i see it is after you have fasted (sleep) for that long, cardio would just start using muscle as its source of energy?
would a WPI in water with some flax oil in it stop catabolism and encourage fatloss?

I never do, no. I do cardio at 65-75% of my MHR which uses fatty acids/adipose tissue (FAT) as the source of fuel for the activity.
Doing HIIT during this time would be a bad idea however, but with the other form of cardio it's just fine.

What does it stand for? Whey Protein I??????

whey can bump up insulin levels a bit(to what extent I dont know) so it would be smarter to avoid it.
