I'd do cardio, sure, but I wouldn't do it on my cheat day after I ate, nor would I jog/run if your goal is to burn fat.

swole dont you recommend walking on an incline for burning fat?

Also, do you think cardio the day AFTER a cheat meal is good?

One can use an incline if that is what's needed to reach the appropriate heart-rate, yes, but some don't even need an incline.

Cardio the day after is a great idea, yes.

That's good, then I'd not worry about doing cardio after you have cheated that same day, just let the influx of calories speed the metabolism as it will. You may feel like utter crap, as most do when they over-do it, but you can't really do "too much" damage in all actuality in only one day. Just tone it down a bit on your next cheat day, and you will be fine.

I usually just have one all out cheat meal for lunch and eat my regular diet the rest of the day. Nothing spectacular at all, that only happens when I go to Vegas, then it's whatever goes!
