My Carb Cycling Cutter
I will be running a carb cycling diet for the next 7 wks, trying to cut a little before I go back to school. I am lifting 4 days a week and starting to add cardio. Probably at 10-11% BF right now, want to drop to 5-6%.
My carb cycle looks like this:
Su- 250g
M- 250g
T- 0g
W- 250g
Th- 0g
F- 250g
Sa- 600g
(not including carbs from fibrous vegetables.)
Cardio will be 3x a week, low intensity on off days for the first week, and will gradually add another session or two as losses slow.
Lifting 4 days a week, with Tues, Thurs, and Sat as my off days.
Water Consumption is about 1.5 gallons a day. Days with cardio, about 2 gallons.
Supps include Whey protein, flaxseed oil, Creatine Ethyl Ester, multivitamin, and Glutamine peptides.
We'll see how this goes!

I've never really posted over here. If you don't don't replenish carbohydrates after cardio...isn't that a bad thing??

Not if it's low intensity cardio that uses fatty acids as it's primary source of fuel.
Some have a bit of carbs after, some don't, it's an individual preference. I never have.......

On my 0 carb days, I'll usually have a pro/fat meal with 2-3 cups veggies after cardio, so I'm actually getting 15-20g carbs from veggies post-cardio.

Does the CEE bloat...or is that only with monohydrate?

I took CEE the last time I cut, and saw no water retention. As for the Twin Peaks article, I took the main concept from there and personallized it. Twin Peak does not suggest doing any cardio. Rather than cutting calories as my progress slows, I will just up the cardio starting from 3x30 mins a week in week 1 to 6x45 mins a week as fat loss slows. Twin Peak also suggests eating fruit on high carb days, which I will avoid completely. My only carb sources will be sweet potatoes, brown rice, dextrose, and veggies.

OK! diet starts tomorrow! Just had my last enormous binge cheat of the summer. (had to celebrate my friend winning the teen Natural Michigan!) 16 slices of pizza, 2 burgers, and a bagel. Nothing like a 5000+ calorie cheat meal to scare me away from sh!t food for the next 7 wks!

Update:
Weighed myself first thing in the morning, dropped 2 lbs since last Friday. I was very surprised, as I had been 18 lbs heavier the day after my cheat meal. Also, I did cardio 2x 30 mins low intensity on my no carb, non workout days. Never doing that again! I felt like a zombie the entire day...
