    Stiky Idea

    HI
    After readind so mmany posts it seeml like some of the same questions are coming up and I think it is because sometimes things are not that clear especially for beginners like me.
    If we expanded on the stikies we could answer lots of the questions.
    Here is a suggestion.
    For the cutting if we can post sample of the different meals with different options.
    So if Someone asks waht type of dies they can look at the different options.



    Meal 1give More detailed options) and more variaty
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2: ]give More detailed options) and more variaty
    Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:]:(give More detailed options) and more variaty plus Examples
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition ]give More detailed options) and more variaty

    Meal 5:give More detailed options) and more variaty
    Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:give More detailed options) and more variaty
    Shake with Flax

    That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.

    Seriously bro, beginner or not, it's very simple. Lean Protein = a protein source with very little fat. If you can't come up with some "variety" there, no one can help you. The whole reason for a primer, is for it to be a vague outline that someone must fit to their personal stats. He even says it.

    If you want variety and options and complete detail just given to you, hire a personal nutritionist. Otherwise, come up with something yourself and ask for a critique if you're unsure about it. There are plenty of people to help you. But no one is going to do it for you.

    Course you didn't offend anyone! We were just letting you know that Rambo's cutting diet is a sample diet only and base that off your needs etc.
