I think one could find far better food choices than milk.
A gallon per day is insane anyhow, but to each his own.

milk does help you gain a lot of weight, it helped me. but a gallon a day will probably put me in the bathroom for a while.

I used to do this myself. With all the awesome protien powders and such on the market today this is stupid and clearly old school.

correct me if im wrong... i was told that milk was basically a "junk" food, because of the pastuerization (spelling) process, heating it up to 120 degrees centregrade... destroying all the nutrients
is this correct...?
as skim milk is a staple of my bulking diet

All I know is that all the carbs in milk are pure sugar, no matter what the fat percentage, hence my reason for steering clear of it.

I used to drink milk a lot and had the same impression you have towards it. Now I only use it in protein shakes when I'm bulking. You're better off with out it, and there are better choices of protein than casien.

the fats would slow down the digestion of it...unless u are using egg whites and skim milk but even with the skim milk shitload of sugars and cause some crazy bloat

why does nobody have an accurate answer about dairy products , 1 say its good another is bad , is there any proof if there is any kind of milk product that is good for us , alot of people say even the vitamins and minerals are destroyed is true for fresh milk too ? what about cottage cheese , this is 1 of the cheapest source of protein aroun and can be mixed with practically everything it would be a shame that we take it if it does the body harm
