The NEW EAS Myoplex Bar -
Just reading the label over and this seems like a pretty decent Fat/Protein bar. 2 Net carbs, 1g of sugar, 7-8g of fat and 30g of protein.........I know, I know....They aren't the greatest, but when you win 3 free cases, what should one do? Pitch em? Cmon...1 a day has got to reap rewards on top of 7 solid bulking meals, agree?

If you won them then you might aswell incorporate them into your diet. Just dont replace them as a meal. If you dont want them, send em' to me

i sometimes use protein bars as a cheat meal
the lean body - cinamon and apple ones are amazing - especially with ice cream

use em for cheat days....I buy those choc covered bars get a big thing of choc creamy peanut butter and like 2lbs of white/milk baker's choclate....and some choc chip cookie dough Ice cream..and choc Ice cream , caramel syrup....melted choc with some choc covered waffers and ENJOY it....damn Im fvcking hungry now

Nahhh....it's not a cheat meal......cmon bros....if I want to cheat, I'd have a REAL candy bar.......One of these during the day on top of a meal were my protein may be a little low will help out, I'd think. Not living off these things.
BTW - I havent cheated in 5 years........lol...........
