I am currently 6'2, 185LB and bulking trying to get to 200LB for now.
2 scoops of whey
1 cup of oats
1 super giant chicken breast
1 cup of rice
1 glass of skim milk
I do this for about 5 meals....
Then after a workout I take in
100g/Dextrose (Can this make you a diabetic?)
Then before bed Oats and a protien shake....

How many calories does this add up to? Have you made sure you are at least 500kcals over maintenance? Dex does not make you diabetic, no!!! 2nd pwo meal should be solid carbs/pro, not liquid.

alright. Guys I am asking to you all for serious help.
Swole I aprreciate it and your physique is amazing.
Rice, Chicken i eat it 7 times a day and the calroies just arent adding up...
What little stuff can I throw in to add up to the calories?
I should take in 3g of carbs per pound and 2g of protien per pound correct?
Weight Gainer good? If i dont meet ends meet with calories...
I should be taking in 4000calories a day im assuming.
My workout schedule is
Thursday-Back, Biceps, Abs
