    Red face Diet question

    How many times a day should i eat penut butter. I really love the stuff, I mean since I started my bulking project I have between 1-2 shakes a day, post workout, and last meal 1 hr before bed....but I make them with 2 scoops penut butter(smuckers natural) pwo, and before bed 1 scoop of penut butter. I Have been adding size good wieght, and I guess I need to know if that is too much penut butter or should I keep on eating it.....Also here is a sample of my daily eating plan, is this decient


    Meal 1: 2cups egg whites, 2 cups whole grain cereal or 1 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk

    Meal 2: post workout: 1 whey shake, with 2 scoops penut butter, and 1 cup skim milk

    Meal 3: either: same meal as breakfast, or lean chicken with oatmeal or sweet patato

    meal 4: same as meal 1 or 3

    meal 5: protien shake with 1 scoop penut butter....


    also I train mon-friday, cardio tues thrusday, fri,

    I am currently 170lb 6'1 and 9-10%bf, need help getting hudge, plese help thanks....

    bro i suggest you check out the bulking sticky on the front page, this diet is terrible imo

    yeah deff check the bulking stick and build off that you need more carbs in that diet if r bulkin
