no need to worry about incomplete protein sources!
I understand everybody wants each meal to have complete proteins in them but cant you just add a scoop of why to ensure you get all the essntials thus making it a complete protein or even supplement with GNC's AMINO BURST 3000 which is 3 pills per serving containing all essential aminos and bcaas?
