    Egg NOG!

    Oh man....forgot about this stuff.........this could be a perfect holiday season, esp. as a post-workoiut shake with some oats or a banana.....just got to find one with some decent macros......

    delicious stuff man, i forgot about it also..just had a glass the other day but i had to stop myself at one(although it was difficult). yea definatley reallllllllll high in fat...and carbs. keep em seperated bro

    Homemade bros.......increeible........just finshed a jug......sugar free egg nog syrup, carb sense skim, dry curd, and egg whites....blend to they whip.....oh man.......toss in a few scoops of whey.....
