    Hows my PWO meal look?

    a shake made w/ 2 scoops of whey, pb, yogurt,graham crackers, banana, along w/ 3 slices of cheesecake. This look good to you fellaz?

    I'd drop it down to 2 slices of cheesecake and throw in a bag of oatmeal cookies (the ones with icing on top), then your good to go.

    Excellent advice, will do. Would Iced Animals work just as well as the oatmeal cookies?

    have you guys cruised through the cookie or cereal isle lately????? WHOLY SWEET MOTHER..........there is some shit in there that I would love to tear into.....damn kids these days....hulk cereal? Triple stuff peanut butter oreos? I love bulking, but I still cant do that.....

    I'm not kidding you about my PWO meal yesterday dude. In all seriousness, I had a shake made w/ yogurt, banana, pb, graham crackers, and 2 scoops of whey, and 3 slices of NY style cheesecake. The day before it was a King size pack of m&m's w/ a whey shake and dextrose. I dont do shit like this all the time, but once in awhile it gives me great recovery. But only PWO, nowhere else. If its a cheat meal its never sugar, only PWO for the sugar

    M&M's PWO, wow, ummm sounds good, although think I would feel to guilty if I ate that. Just go with some dex IMO, those M&M's have all types of other crappy shit, including dye.

    if you think it's comparable, or even somewhat benefital to have table sugar, high fructose, garbage fats, post-w, you a terribly mistaken bro....cheat meal one thing, but as a quick carb source is a joke........

    Yea but he might not be dieting now. Many people have weeks or months when they just eat whatever they want. I train hard all year long and hardly ever cheat, but took 3 weeks off this summer, and did not touch weights, and ate whatever I wanted. I actually came back stronger and much more rested. Now I highly doubt he will be having M&M'S PWO during his contest prep mode, if so then he will have problems.

    Wouldnt the fiber in the banana and oatmeal cookies slow the digestion process therfore hinder the insulin spike? I looked up the nutritional facts on a banana and it seems to be a decent pw but it has that fiber...
