Please give me your opinions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have started to clean my diet up. This is what I am currently doing. I am eating protein and carbs 1st thing in the am, going to the gym around 9am, drinking protein/carb shake and then eating protein carb meal. I am not eating any carbs after 12noon just protein. I am getting about 300 grams of protein a day. This diet is not hard because I work 2nd shift, do you guys think this will be effective. Also I am in my 6th week of test-cyp. cycle 400mg, will this work out, will I get results from the test? or do I need to plan this diet after my cycle.

need to know daily total kcal, carbs and fat. Also need to know bodyweight.
