Olive oil in shakes

Do you guys who do this mix it in with your shakes you mix with milk or water or both??

I usually mix flax with shakes but I was curious about olive oil.

Water. I only use Olive if I don't have flax and/or Udo's.

I dont want to spend the money on flax oil, olive oil is cheaper and still gets the job done, its a good source of mono and poly saturated fats. I was wondering about mixing it in with milk b/c milk already has a bunch of fat in it (2%) so would adding olive oil be too much.

Olive Oil is fine but remember its only primarily Omega-6 FFA's. you still need to get your Omega-3's and 9's in.

You've tasted dog piss? I don't mind it when I have to use it but I make my shakes pretty small and thick when I have to use it and just take it to the dome.

I eat my fair share of salmon, I should be using flax oil though b/c i know i dont get enough omega 3s and 9s.

Olive oil tastes fine its the flax that tastes like shat.

You sure you're getting good Flax. I use Flax from the Vitamin Shoppe, always buy it cold. And I spoon it every night and it really has next to no taste for me.

I just hate that nutty, sunflower/seasme seed taste to it, makes me gag. I've only tried udos choise, maybe Ill give what your saying a shot.
