cooked vs uncooked oats
Hi right now I'm currently on a cutting phase before bulking next month. My morning meal consists of 5 eggs white and a half a cut of oatmeal. I just throw in all in a blender, with of course splenda. I read that cooked oatmeal has a lower GI then blended oat meal, its about a 12-14 point difference. I was wondering, while cutting, should I be worried about this difference and will this effect my cutting. I'm a student, so thats why I blend it all in shake and it tastes better.
thanks
