    My Bulking Diet, what do you think?

    Hey guys!!

    Here is my bulking diet. Feedback would be apreciated.

    It goes like 431g P - 341g C - 85g F - Total of 3971 cal.

    I'm 6'2 250.

    Depending on how active you are, for your size you might need to up the calories a bit. Maybe look into adding a bit more carbs in there. But it's probably a good start, give it a couple of weeks and see how you react to it, if you gain then everything's fine, but if you don't bump it up to like 4300-4500.

    id say also maybe try to add some more protein, as your 250 maybe get 500 grams of protein ed at least...

    500 is pushin it...i would say atleast 375 though...and im 200 pounds and im eating just as many calories as you are so you deff need to up the cals.

    keep the calories clean though, don't sacrafice it if your below your calorie count for the day and are thinking of eating some sort of fast/fried food. i would suggest chic-fil-a or subway for a sensable calorie help meal.

    Thanks for the replies guys. Really apreciated.

    I'll post my complete diet later today. All clean calories.

    Concerning my level of activity, I have a 4 days split routine (heavy)+ cardio 4 times/week (early morning, empty stomac, for 30-35 mns).

    Currently at the beginning of week 2 of a 12 week sust/deca /dbol cycle.

    Don't hesitate to give more comments... I'm open to every suggestion.

    looks pretty good nice lay out heres my .02

    Your PWO banana, I just posted a question about this and got back that the fructose in it goes to the liver the stored as fat when full so not a good choice. I would just up the dex to 100 at least.
    your one meal with 2 spoons of mayo I would drop one and throw in a spoon of flax oil in order to get your omega 3's and 6's
    And your last meal I always just suggest cottage cheese thats just me, it's made from some casein has good protein and a nice fat meal before bed

    looking good. When you decide to up the kcals start bumping up the carbs first cuz you got pleanty of protein there

    Yes, I'll bump the carbs. I expectes to bump it every 3 weeks until I reach 5000 cal.

    Hey bro . Meal #7 SHOULD NOT CONTAIN FAT.....shld be a pro/carb.

    Dont worry so much about nutrient seperation when bulking....have a cheat meal each day, you are on cycle, SAVE THE AM CARDIO FOR CUTTING!!

    cardio in pm on your off days, 1-2 week MAX....just my.02

    Any idea what it takes to fill up liver glycogen? A TON! a banana is perfectly fine....now if you were consuming 10-20 pieces of fruit, I'd agree...but 2-3 is extremely benefitial and a great way to get in soild calories and good vitamins!

    What do you think if I do 30-35 mins of cross trainer, in the morning with an empty stomac, on my OFF days (3).

    I have a tendencie to pound fat... from experience morning cardio helped a lot to regulate my BF.

    I know we all have diff opinions regarding cardio on cycle.

    Any suggestion for it?

    true but for a PWO I would go with something else than a banana. Like I said I had a post and was told that bananas were not the best although they are carbs that they wouldnt help restore glycogen levels(that being a PWO based off bananas) but since he has the dex he might as well just use all dex I would sugest putting it in the morning like I do as they are very healthy.

    I would go 40-45 mins at about 60-65% MHR nothing that will make you lose weight but enough to get a workout in for your heart

    ok...have the banana or fruit in your other meals.....try mangos, damn good!

    30mins 1-2 x per week, max.......cardio.
