Is sugar an absolute no when trying to cut BF%? Im cutting down my fat and sugar intake but it seems that everything has sugar in it!! Im eating chicken, rice, and tuna all day but i like fruit and stuff!!! Soem protein bars have like 30gs of sugar!

gotta cut it out. I wont touch fruit or protein bars while cutting.

some fruits are OK IMO....however one should be aware that an average fruit is 2 servings not one....if you eat fruit all day i believe it can hinder results....if you have one piece a day and keep you cals in check and all other meals are good as well you should lose bodyfat.
