Anyone ever cut without PWO carbs
Just wondering because some dude down at school has been cutting for 2 months with a big carb breakfast, workout then only protein and veggies the rest of the day with minimal fat and he is getting ripped with cardio only on Saturday.

I've heard of it being done but don't know EXACTLY how it worked out.
