I wouldn't say it's extremely accurate, but it should give you a decent ballpark figure.

They Claim To Be Accurate To 0.1 %. But Of Course I Know That The Method Were They Dip You Below The Surface Of Water And Measure The Displacement Is More Accurate.
Jmt- That Is The Machine I Bought. How Much Is It At Amazon. I Am Basically Using It To Make Sure That I Am Losing Bodyfat, When I Am Gaining Weight During A Cycle. If My Bodyfat% Is Going Up According To The Machine Then I Would Alter Something.
For The Price I Thought It Was Worth Giving It A Try.

That can;t be much better than my piece of $hi+ scale that supposedly measures mody fat % as well as weight. It gives me a new reading every time. I can step on it 6 times in a 10 minute period and my BF% fluctuates by several % each time.

Anyone know an accurate way that doesn;t involve being dunked in a pool. I don;t know about you guys, but I don't have a body composition dunking pool in my house.

If one doesnt have access to tank then Calipers are the most accurate way to measure BF%.

Any scale that is hand held is garbage. Try taking a measurment 3X in a row and you will get 3 different measurements.

No, mine is a piece of $hit. The only way to lose 10% body fat in 3 minutes is to use one of those scales twice in a 3 minute period.
