Give my diet hell
I live on campus so unfortunately my food selection is shitty.....butttttt givin what i have to deal with this is what i came up with....i'm 205lbs right now at about 18% so the "bodpod" says so i'm looking to do a sort of a lean bulk but i think i may actually drop some bf while eating this way.. my training is intense with a 3 day on 1 day off rotation.....the carbs are as complex as i can get the whole wheat bread i would like to substitute but my options are slim...so tell me what you think

looks good to me for being at college. i had the same problem dude and i hated it. last year i said **** it and just quit trying but now im done and working and its so much easier to focus on it.

im not trying to bulk persay i dont believe in bulking then cutting..i think i'll lean out as im bulking slowly this isnt a major bulking diet more of a slow bulk/maintenance

I live on campus too...its just the top of my closet is loaded with grocery food. Is going to the grocery nto an option??
If you really wanted to you could up the protein. I go with 2g per lb bodyweight..some say excessive but it works.

well its not that its not an option as much as i have no way to cook anything.......i do have some food but im pretty limited thats all

here you go bro this seems to help a bit you should be able to get everything in order if you can follow this list

all u need is a foreman and a rice cooker..thats all i use. Theres a microwave down the hall and im set
