Thread: jogging class?

okay..so theres no around this problem. In my jogging class I pretty much jog a mile every Tuesday and Thursday. I posted this before..but it was minimal jogging and now I found out that we will be jogging every class period. If I eat 90g carbs before and 90g carbs when I get back to my dorm will I be fine?

I think you shouldn't be too worried about it, chest. When I have wrestling practice and rec-league basketball I just have a protein shake and carb source, similar to PWO. Just make sure you toss in a good 50g's of protein with both meals and i don't think catabolism will be much of a problem- it hasn't been for me. Then again, as you know my opinion isn't worth too much bro. haha.
