    Question cardio and gear

    going to run tren -eq-winny. Can I still run or do cardio in the morning for an hour on an empty stomach? will I hurt my self like this on gear?

    I have mix been told that it can reduce some of your gains, I guess if you keep your protein levels high, I will be fine.

    I would reduce that to 30min. Make sure to have 10-15g glutamine and a handful of amino caps before starting to stay anabolic . . .Shit, who am I kidding..you're running the best stack ever, you WILL be anabolic all the time. Don't go an hour, unless you are very out of shape, that is way too much. Do it 3-4 times a week and that will keep you lean as hell and allow you to add mass. Good cycle bro, and good luck. Protein must be very high, cuz nitrogen retention will be unheard of on a cycle like that.

    papa is right an hour is too long. carido is good to do u might lost some musle but not much if u keep it at 30m in a day or 30 min every other day.

    if i were you i would just skip cardio and eat a big In and Out hamburger with lots of mayo. This is will do the trick.
