"You could try this on a bulk. It's not perfect (instant rice, not brown; there's some sugar in the Ranch-Style Beans), but it's cheap and it makes a lot. Plus, you can add the meat of your choice to increase the protein.
2 cans (10 oz. each) of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
2 cups of instant rice
3/4 cup of water
1 can Ranch Style Beans with Sweet Onion
1 can Ranch Style Beans with Jalepenos or 1 can Ranch Style Black Beans
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
2 packages of burrito-sized flour tortilla (I use fat free) heated
shredded cheese
salsa (if desired)

In large saucepan, combine Rotel, rice and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans. Heat on low until simmering. Take off heat and stir in cilantro.

Spread mixture on heated tortilla, sprinkle on cheese and salsa. Add your choice of meat (if desired -- I sometimes grab a package of southwest flavor Louis Rich chicken breast strips and warm up some in the microwave). Wrap burrito style.

You can freeze the mixture, too. It will last for up to 2 months. Just reheat in the microwave or in a warm oven."
