    starting to diet

    I am starting to diet to build muscle and lose body fat i all ready know how many calories i should have protien carbs and all that other stuff i need to know where can i get some good healthy recipies i already checked out the recipie section its ok but i am going to start wating 5 times a day and need some help. I also have a 58 page skip laqure i think i spelt that right bodybuilding booklet i was wondering if anyone would want it i can download it to you if your intrested/
