I bought a book called the Zone by Dr. Barry Sears PHD. Supposedly its a million selling book, that contradicts many staples of today's american society.
Its a 403030 and disregards post workout nutrition.
1) What about post workout nutrition? It says i should add fat in every meal. But that would hinder insulin response. But, he is all against t his, as this would promote fat gain (any time other than post workout, but postworkout isnt even mentioned)...so what do i do with that?
2) Has it worked for you guys? Is it popular?
