    cutting diet

    well i am 6.1' 250 lbs 18% bf on a clen /test cycle i am doing cardio 4 days/week i waqnt to begin a cutting diet i will be getting about 200g protein ed an 4 ordinary spoons of olive oil i am wondering if i should cutt all the carbs??oh and 1 more quest should i eat a little snack befor cardio to up my metabolism ??

    A "little snack" does not fucking UP THE METABOLISM!!!!! Damn!!!!!

    That's like saying you can eat a damn freakin' Twinkie to get the thyroid going to burn more fat.

    Fuckin' DUH!!!!!!!!! Sorry, but if people are really thinking this is the correct route, someone should be shot for misinforming the masses!

    O no, Big Dans theory strikes again.
    Try getting high protien, moderate fat (healthy sources) and mostly all your carbs from high fiber veggies.

    I wasn't meaning to bag on ya, it's just that the exact same belief (eating a snack before cardio to up metabolism) was posted by Big Repetitive Dan in another thread. Needless to say, this is NOT a good practice, and one that will NOT work for the purposes of burning fat during an otherwise productive cardio session.

    So, in response to your question about carbs........I'd make sure to get adequate CLEAN carbs after workouts, and possibly once in the morning in the form of oats, with egg whites or protein powder. The PWO nutrition should be immediate, and be in simple form. You may wish to follow up with a solid source of those macros a while later as well.

    LOL I agree it was some funny shit. Makes me laugh all the time at myself...realize how stupid it can be if you fall so easily into what other people preach.
    So now that were into it Swole, is it ok to WORKOUT 3 hours after eating?
    What about cardio?

    workout, yes. For cardio, it will depend on how many carbs you have eaten before and how long ago they were. A good rule of thumb is to to the workout first, then cardio after. If you are doing only cardio, I'd limit carbs to 5 hours before the cardio session, with plenty of ALA.

    im reading ur posts i like what u guys say i need to bulk up but dont no the right amoints to really get a good grip on things can u give me some input swole ur a beast lol
