1st Time Dieter...Advice Needed
Gonna run over this real quick..hate long posts
Stats: 21yr, 6'2, 225-230(wakeup), appox. 12% bf
3 previous cycles
Started a 12 week diet today in time for the summer.
I only eat <100 carbs a day currently. All bf 6pm. Oatmeal in the morning and again in the afternoon or brown rice.
Eating in the range of 300-450 grams of protien a day.
Cardio in the morning 3 days a week for 40 mins. Waiting on my order of clen and going to be going 2 weeks clen/2 weeks eca till the summer.
Wondering how you guys feel about crystal light, sugar free jello (0 carbs), what kind of peanut butter (natural or is name brand Peter Pan ok). I get most of my protien from shakes, tuna, and chicken. But I felt like i was starving all day. Do you guys feel like that too?
Have a good build just need to lose the fat around the stomach to get the abs through. Any suggestions on what i have asked?
thanks bros

I only get one shake a day when cutting, most protein comes from real food, helps me pass the hung pangs, also I eat tons of veggies (broc, spinch, coliflow, green beans) That helps fill you up with fiber. I drink a lot of crystal light and do eat sugar free jello, they contain acids that would screw you up if you were doing a CKD diet but just low carb you will be fine they wont effect you. Get natural PB, it is sooooo much healthier. Don't forget to get flax seed oil.

What ever time you have a meal that has a calorie deficite that can support it. I usually make sure I get one serving right before bed to help slow the digestion of my protein. But other than that it varies according to my meals. I like the generic vitamine shoppe brand. No taste, good price.
