    How much is one serving of nuts or almonds?

    Usually a 1/4 cup


    Best to get the single nut bags as opposed to the mixed nut cans. The Cans usually ahve too much salt and preservatives added

    Usualy 1 oz (28g) is a serving but it all depends on what the manufacturer considers a serving and list the nutri facts for. Look at the can and you will see.
