    Need some Diet help...

    I am trying to drop some body fat and cut up a bit. I am 5'10 225 about 20%bf?? Looking to get to about 190 @ 12%bf. I am lifting 5 days a week one muscle per day and doing cardio 5 days a week in the morn on empty stomach for 30-45 mins. I just need any advice/critique, my diet looks like this.....

    9:00 am-40 mins cardio
    10:00-1 slice whole wheat toast w/ can of tuna or 50g protein shake w/ flax
    12:00-chicken breast or lean stip steak w/ salad or steamed veggie.
    2:00-50g protein shake
    4:00-tuna
    6:00-chicken or steak w/ sweet potatoe.
    9:00-protein shake

    Drink 1-2 gallons of water per day
    I also take glutamine + multi-vitamin.

    If you can, do the cardio earlier and start you meals earlier. Fat burning will be better if you can start earlier. Like maybe 7 or so. Everything else looks good. I'm guessing your BMR is roughly 2200. What is your breakdown as far as total calories? Any fat burners or anything?

    Maybe you could move the sweet potato to your 12:00 meal and put the salad at the 6:00 meal. Starchy carbs are best consumed earlier in the day. Hope this helps. REDROCK
