alright guys..started the diet/training back in fullswing...before pic
Well, started this morning with 40 minutes of cardio, and diet's all planned again and ready. Here's a pic from this morning, and i'll update every 10 days. Hopefully we'll see a difference in each post. Juice starts 21 days from today!

Oh, here are my current stats: 6'2 1/2" 234lbs. B.F% is who knows, probably around 13-15% after the past few weeks.
arms 17 1/2" cold
thigh 30 1/8"
neck 18 3/4"

what does your diet look like now?
and what gear are you gonna be running in 21 days?

diet for the next two weeks is carb. staggering. Running Monday and Tuesday low carb, wed-friday high carb, saturday is very low carb, and sunday is cheat day...8 meals a day, around 400g protein. Once I start cycling, I will be upping my serving sizes so my protein/carbs/and calories will be a bit higher...all real food, no supplimented protein. As for the cycle, it's going something like this:
wk 1-4 insulin humalin R
wk 1-5 tren 100mg/ed
wk 1-5 Virormone prop 100mg/eod
wk 1-13 ICN test. enan. 500mg/week
wk 1-17 QV eq 600mg/week
wk 11-14 insulin humalog
wk 13-17 Virormone prop 50mg/ed
wk 10-19 Anavar (british dragon 5mg tabs) 50mg/ed
wk 17-19 hcg
Clomid post cycle
insulin post clomid...humalog
