Do you indulge?
While on roids, do you indulge? For example, one day of the week eat sodium, fat induced KFC? Or eat some sugar? For some reason lately I've been eating sugar which I never have before, not a lot of it but some. Maybe my sexually deprived, who knows. But in any case, share what and if you indulge.

Im a big fan of flexible dieting and IIFYM. If your question is more on an all out binge, yes I occasionally go YOLO and hit up the golden corral buffet.

Depends if you're bulking or cutting.
If cutting, I cheat once a week. If bulking, I cheat whenever I feel like it lol. I just make sure I don't sub out a real meal for junk but I don't mind adding the junk food to my base meal plan when I have the craving.

I have been doing this so long I don't even crave junk anymore. All junk food does is make me feel bloated and feel like crap. For a cheat meal I usually just eat more of what I normally eat so I can enjoy the feeling of being full

For 3 weeks I would buy Popeye's Chicken once a week, love their spicy fries and crispy chicken most times I remove the skin as it helps to remove some of the fat and the 1000000000 mg of sodium. But lately for some reason I've craved sugar and I don't know if it's the NPP or Dbol because I rarely craved sugar, I would buy Apple Crumble Cake and have a piece before work out. I don't like the heavy cream cakes. I could afford to indulge more but I've not done cardio in a long time. I'm getting back to it either today or tomorrow.
And the heavily induced sodium chicken makes me feel like crap the next day as if I poured a box of salt into my mouth.

Bio you are a machine. I admire your discipline.
Like bio said the longer you go without eating junk the easier it gets. I use to eat fast food once a day. When I first cut it out it was almost like going through withdrawals. But days turned into weeks and weeks turned into years and now it makes me sick to think about eating that stuff. As far as sweets go, I have absolutely no interest in them. You could put a box of my favorite doughnuts in front of me and I will have no problem resisting them.
I do still enjoy going out to restaurants to eat though. I allow myself two cheat meals a week. If I do go out for a cheat meal, I still try my best to keep it somewhat healthy. For example, I went out to eat yesterday and had an 11oz sirloin with a plain sweet potato. However, I sometimes cave and will have a burger or chicken tenders, or even loaded fries with ranch or sour cream.Last edited by yeahbuddy289; 11-06-2016 at 09:48 AM.

One of my favorite meals o use as a cheat. 6 oz grilled tri tip put on top of whole wheat tortilla chips 300 grams smothered with mozzarella cheese on top. Broil it till all the cheese is melted and salsa. That's about as bad as I get once a week at the most

It's not a diaper it's a pull up. Taking a dump in four locations in one day is shitting everywhere to me. Especially when you can't stand a public throne. A binge like I just did is not worth it and I don't know why I do it. I will suffer two days because I was too lazy to fix my own meal and ate what everyone else was eating. Very dumb, but I don't do it very often. I have almost entirely quit drinking alcohol. Once a week or two I might have two beers. That is discipline to me.

Right when I was training hard a year ago I would crave only healthy foods.never junk food , Food that would get me to beyond my threshold of health at the time being. But I would have whatever I choose really since I knew I was burning it off and it was going to build mass if anything lol .never craved junk food though like you said after being committed so long .
now that I been off for a while I been drinking tons of cherry coke .its like I crave it. But wait till I get into training hardcore again and only time I drink a cherry coke or whatever will be post workout ..Last edited by Marsoc; 11-06-2016 at 10:05 PM.

once a month...mandatory binge = donuts...definitely my kryptonite...since my boys were like 3 and 4 they will sneak into my bed on the scheduled weekend just so that the second I start to move they wake up...real quiet so as not to wake up my wife they say with a giant grin "Daddy is it time to get donuts yet?" Outside of the fact that I can hardly wait for the morning to come around myself. The pure satisfaction of how happy they get as we jump out of bed and sneak out of the house to get the coveted pastry is priceless!!

Its effect as a progestin I believe. I did notice this on HCG also ( not on it now). It also keeps me in a good mood. Not what did I expected from the harshest of all AAS. I guess the AR is kinda underworking, or just grossly underregulated.

I think its good for gain and fatloss to have 1-2 cheat days a week where you eat alot of stuff, but i still aim for mostly healthy, just calorie dense like a topped pizza or all you can eat buffet (there are lots of veggies usually and i would still make half the plates veggies). people confuse calorie dense as unhealthy, NOT TRUE. but... most unhealthy food IS calorie dense..
i RARELY eat any sort of candy. I thought i would binge on candy this year around Halloween but ended up only being able to eat a few peaces... once your used to not eating crp its harder to... then i went got Thai food! yummy!!

I don't "cheat" per se, whatever i do is part of my diet. I dislike chips, normal chocolate (I only like 70%+ dark chocolate), fries, candy, ice cream et.c. I have one meal per day where I carb up. Might be ~150g carbs and 60g fat in that meal, or it might be a smoothie with 2 large bananas, 2 large avocados, ice cream and 2 scoops whey. The rest of the meals get to compensate obviously, though I keep protein high in all 4 meals to keep protein synthesis at its highest. This way I never crave processed stuff/sugar et.c. I look forward to eating and enjoying my food every day, am never stuffed, and can keep my bodyfat quite low. This way of carbing up and compensating the other meals has made me lose cravings for junk. I think it hits my "satisfied" button.

Gotta have balance. Donuts are pretty good and the simpler ones always have decent macros (6g fat per).
