cardio day diet question
So many of u know I'm cutting.
Current diet is on training days
2100
P:289 55%
C:131 25%
F:47. 20%
I was thinking of doing this on my cardio day. Let me know what you guys think
(Cardio day, 1hr fasted)
2100
P: 341 65%
C: 25 5% (from the peanut butter)
F: 70 35%

I mean...that a lot of protein no matter what. 1.5grams per lb? I try to get my body weight in each day. 220 and that's hard lol. If I'm doing cardio I just not be sure to take a protein shake before and after cardio to preserve muscle mass .bcaa and glutamine as well
