2 quick questions:

1. Oatmeal: it has around 6-7g of fat per 100g. For the post postworkout carb source, where fats are attempted to be reduced to a minimum, is this too much and should I find alternatives like brown rice or yams etc. with littne/no fat?
2. Wholewheat pasta: I can get pasta made from 100% wholewheat durum wheat/semolina (does it make a difference). Most GI lists state it as around 35 on the GI, so why do people say it is not a good complex carb source?
