My fear of losing size is keeping me from dieting!!!
I want to get hard but dont wont to lose weight. I tried so long to gain weight during my earlier years it seems crazy for me to intentionally lose. I have a fear of becoming smaller!!!!!
I am getting ready to start an test/ deca -eq cycle. I want to get harder and much more vascular. What must I do to get cut and not lose a bunch of muscular weight?
I have two cycles under my belt. My weight is 215 at 5'10 heigth. I'm not sure about bodyfat percentage but you can just barely see my abs when I flex them.
My current diet is eating whatever I want whenever. However I do try and control my sugar intake. My body doesnt do well on low fat diets or restricted caloric intake.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well i think the only option that it leaves you with is liposuction.

In all seriousness, there are usually 2 types of ppl when it comes to diet.
There are those that want to keep all their strength/muscle and lose fat ( and they usually want to gain strength/muscle)
Then there are those that sacrifice anything they can to lose fat.
Unfortunately, neither are good options as one person ends up not losing very much fat at all and the other person gets cut but loses too much muscle in the process. Your best bet is to choose something somewhere in the middle of the too.
Usually in BBing you have to give up something to get something.

If you want to lean out you'll have to do cardio and cut some calories. Losing body fat while preserving muscle can be done. It's far from easy, ut you'll just have to make sure your diet is right on the money.
