    diet to run with cycle? is this enough

    alright i will be running my first cycle (8 weeks) coming up of sust and deca ... i would just like advice on my diet to maximize my gains... i take on fat extremely easily so i want to try and add as much mass without getting really fatty gains....heres my proposed diet...
    - my college scedule is weird so i ususly wake up at 10 and go to bed at 2 so thats why the times are awkard

    1030- 4 egg whites 1 yolk, glass milk

    1:30 1can tuna, 2slice bread, vegi, chicken breast

    330-preworkout- protein shake, yogurt

    6ish-postworkout- protein shake w/milk

    7:00 1can tuna, chicken breast, vegi

    9:30- 1 can tuna, chicken breast

    1200 protein shake

    totals- 2800 calories/194 carbs/ 330 protein
    -alright im havin serious problems gettin calories i want to get to 3500 but when and what should i add
    - ne other suggestions?

    Few things . No sense in doing a cycle if your not going to do it right. Eat a lot and lose the unwanted fat later or your going to rob yourself of gains.
    Protein looks ok depending on your bodyweight ,but it might need to go up.

    Way too low on carbs. With the foods you listed i have no idea how you got 194 carbs? And even if you did, they are mostly from sugar in the milk. and your last few meals have no carbs what so ever. Add some oatmeal or yams when your at home and during class use whole wheat bagels.

    postworkout no milk. Milk is casein protein and not what you want now.You want a fast dissolving protein and some simple carbs. Protein powder and some dextrose will do it.

    thanx ill keep a lotta that in mind...some good stuff also..
    - im 190 lbs
    - whats dextrose/ what are some other simple carbs
    - should calorie intake be higher?
    - should carb intake be cut a certain amount of time before bed so it is not usless?

    Pasta is alright but make it whole wheat and its very easy to go overboard with pasta.
