Cesar salad Dressing
I was just wonderig if cesar dressing is a good source for fats or should I stay away from it on a cutting deit. It has 11g of fat 2g of sat fat and 2g carbs 0g of sugar.

This is a loaded question unfortunately. It can be great for you as a source of fat on a cutting diet, PROVIDED your other breakdowns and meal patterns are in support of the ingestion of this substance. If you can post your nutritional intake, all the better. It could also work against you if you eat too much or have it with the wrong things at the wrong times.
Just like cheese or let's say a burger w/out the bun.........they CAN be good for you, but their acceptance is indicative of what your other meals are comprised of.

here how my meals look like im 5'11 at 210lbs at about 11%BF my this is my diet
Meal-1
3 whole eggs 5 egg whites
4 slices canadian bacon
Meal-2
60g whey Isolate w/ 2Tbsp Natuaral PB
Meal-3
2 cans of Tuna w/2Tbsp Real Mayo
Meal-4
60 whey isolate 2Tbsp natural PB
Meal-5
I Usually have 12oz of some sort of red meat
but what if I was to substitute it every couple days with 2 peices of grilled chicken with about 4Tbspn of the Cesar Dressing it comes out to be about 22g Fat(Will it be fine to take it in a meal like this) also have either green vegs or a salad
workout
pwo shake
60g whey isolate and 75g Dextrose
30mins later
2 peices of grilled chicken w/ 3/4cup of Brown Rice

Also does the fats in my meal look fine or should they be higher I want to cut down to about 5-7% BF Im also stepping my morning cardio to 60min instead of 45 min

Upon first glance it appears to me you should do rather well. As you go along you can play w/amounts in regards to progress.

so having that grilled chicken with the cesar dressing in Meal-5 would be fine, right?

one thing i would suggest is the addition of some flax oil...get those omega three's in...plus when mixed with your shakes you shouldnt really taste it.

so should i put 1 tbsp of natural pb and 1 tbsp of flax, i cant take the flax alone it taste like **** to me i need some type of flavor in it like the PB
