My 1st Week Trying To Cut Down Sample Day (wed.)
2day Cardio 4:45-5:30am
MEAL1 7:00
1/2 OATS
6 EGG WHITES
1TBSP SUGAR FREE JAM
2 TSP FLAX
MEAL 2 10:00
VANILLA MYOPLLEX W/WATER 2SCOOP INSTANT COFFE, 1 TSP NATURAL CINAMIN
8oz Chicken Breast
MEAL 3 1:00
8oz Turkey Breast
1 1/2 cups of green beans
Meal 4 3:00
Designer whey Vanilla with 1tbsp Natural peanut butter w/water
6:00 Pwo Meal (Meal 5)
shake as i am walkin out of the gym water and mypoplex
8oz lean Steak 1 1/2 cups green beans 1/2 cup rice
Meal 6 9:00
designer whey water
w/1tbsp natural peanut butter
Flax

Not good.
-Need more protein, esp. in your first meal.
-Need more fat, esp. meals #2 and #3
-Need a post-workout shake of dextrose/whey
-lacking second post workout meal nutrients, esp carbs.
You been around here for a while bro...this should all be second nature to you by now
Does myoplex shakes contain sugars? I've never tried it before. If it does though, I would replace it with low/no sugar protein.
