    bulking diet?????

    can anybody share with me one of your bulking diets?? im in the midst of getting my cycle ready an di would like a clean bulker to go with it.... i find if i dont have a set plan on when to eat and what to eat i dont eat much at all...im 5-9, 200-195.... 10 -12bf%........... thanx for the help...
    or any sites wheere i could find a bulking diet would be good too... thanx again///

    check the diet section on this board..
    need to know what the cycle is..

    all will say.. 1.5g of protein per lbs.. that's 300 for you..

    another way is 500g of protein.. low carb and very low sugar.... but get your fats..

    100 g of carbs..

    aint 500g protein too much? I know we all aim for a minimum of 1.5-2g per lb but how much is too much? Wont a person's body reach a saturation point wherein any excessive amount would be deemed unusable and thus go to waste? Just wondering...

    thanx guys..... cycle is 500mg of enan for 12 weeks.... my first cycle so i want to gain as much as i can, but my goal is to not put on to mch fat, i know u put on fat when u bulk but i figured if i got a clean bulking diet i could reduce the amount of fat i put on....

    i would go with 2g per pound of bodyweight because the test should allow your body to synthesize a larger amount of protein than a normal person doing a bulker.

    agreed. 1.7-2.0 per pound of bodyweight. You have to tinker with the amounts to see which works best.
