    Leaning out

hey fellas, just wondering on your thoughts on how long the leaning out process generally takes and how long you will keep that truly "ripped" look for? I know it has a lot to do with current BF levels, so if i am at a healthy, 12-14% right now, how long should it take with proper diet and no AAS?

i would say with a good diet cardio and weight program you could safely and heathily get down to 9% body fat in 4-6 months. depending ofcourse on genetics and the above.

I did it in record time, but lost a lotta mass in the process. For me it was low carb and lots of cardio.

So we are lookin at around 14-16 weeks to get down to "beach shape" for the summer? I am planning on hittin the cardio 20-30 minutes per day after the workout and goin on a low fat diet for the first 3 months before switching to a low carb diet. This seems like a good plan to you guys? thanks, peace.

I am curious about why you will do low fat and then switch to low carb.

If you do 20-30 minutes of cardio, I would make it pretty high intensity.

Main reason I am doing the low fat diet is because im away at school right now. Eating a low fat diet is fairly easy here, so i think that would be the best way to go. Then to start to get cut up more for summer i think a low carb would be the way to go. Any suggestions though? let me know.
