For you guys that blast n cruise

Do you guys find the gains are much easier to keep because your test levels are immediately back to a healthy level? Do you have to watch with estrogen rebound when you go back to cruise?

I've only done one so far, but yes...it's like night and day for me anyway. The baseline of my cruise/maintenance stabilizes me much more.

Did you burst for 10 weeks like a cycle or shorter or longer?

I do a 12 week blast and you definitely maintain more because you go right back to normal/high levels. I don't take anything for estrogen, but that is just me and how my body responds.

I did a shorter 8 week blast so far to see how I'd do - 600mg Test w/ 400mg Deca . I plan on doing another one for about 12-16 weeks in 2-3 months from now.
