Confused! IGF-1 LR3 with OR without T3??
I have read conflicting information about this. My goal is to get cut while maintaining muscle mass, and if possible increase muscle mass.
I cannot recall where i read it, but there was an article that stated that IGF-1 LR3 would be effective beyond the 4 week period if T3 was run concurrently.
Would one of the experts comment on this... I am completely stressed out about how to run my IGF-1 LR3.

You can still drop considerable bf w/o T3. You have to decide which is more important; dropping bf or adding mass.
