cutting w/ slin?
Is slin really useful in cutting? I have tried to read the info on it but most threads dont go into it in detail. Anyone here ever tried to use it for cutting? How did it workout? How many IU's,when, whats the proper diet?

Insulin is good to use for bulking, and can defenitely be beneficial if you want to cut up. As a matter of fact, a lot of bodybuilders use it right up to contest time. When using Insulin for either bulking or cutting, the diet does not necessarily have to change and can be the same. Except its important to know that its a good idea to fine tune your diet as much as possible (especially when cutting) as not to intake any access nutrition that may be stored as fat. The dosage of Insulin while cutting does not matter. So if you take more IU it doesnt mean there is more chance of gaining fat. Insulin is very diet dependant, so any stored fat is gained by the food you eat and not Insulin it self. The better the diet, the better you will end up looking. Best diet for when cutting when using Insulin is to take just the right amount of carbohydrates and protein that your body needs.

If you have a look at LeanMeOut's thread he posed about the cutting diet when on slin, you can clearly see that the diet while slin is active is the same as if you were bulking. Thats excatly what I meant by saying "the diet does not necessarily have to change". However, what you do have to change when you want to start cutting up is your daily diet out of the slin active period.
