IGF Only cycle whats your diet bulk/cut?
what kind of diet do you follow on this shit? I heard that if you use a bulking diet then you will gain mass and still lose weight from the IGF....is this true?

i use high protein/high carb but i'm bulking :-)

I would say the goal is over 2x body weight in protein as said above. But controlled carbs....and an extremely clean diet.....and I still say site specific.

SO unlike with AAS, would you say the combination of carbs, fats and proteins (which u need for growth with AAS) is not as important? just 2x the body weight of the protein and moderated carbs?
I am gonna eat as much protein as possible, but would rather cut down on the carbs + fats to try and gain muscle and lose some fat
do you think this is the best approach for me?
and how many shakes do you guys use? I think they are bullshit compared to real food personally but its tough to get the protein intake that high without them
