    1st IGF injection

I gave myself my first IGF injection today, PWO. It was also my first bicep injection. I plan on running 50 mcg ED for 20 days. Im currently in week 7 of a Test Cyp and EQ cycle. I also will run IGF during PCT.

The shot was no problem although I got a little twitching of the bi while injecting. It is just a little sore (from the AA?) afterwards. Can you/should you rub the injection site as you would with AAS or is this detrimental to the IGF?

The IGF is MR. They included some extra AA so that I could make a 2ml solution making dosing a little easier.
